The Bucyrus Free Will Baptist Church is a proud supporter of Brother Chris Russell and his Evangelistic Ministries. Brother Russell preached 340 messages in 2006 in over 50 different churches, traveling over 67,000 miles to witness 62 conversions while preaching in 48 revivals. AMEN!

Brother Russell is a member of the Shelby Free Will Baptist Church and is also an elected Ordaining Council member in the Northern Ohio Conference. Saved at the age of 19 in 1995, Brother Russell accepting his calling to preach the gospel only five months thereafter. Since then, hundreds have come to the aulter praying. Tim Keener France Missionary

The Bucyrus Free Will Baptist Church is a proud supporter of Brother Tim Keener and his family who are Free Will Baptist missionaries in France. Both Tim and wife Di are native Ohioans who moved to France in 2003, and were so moved by their three year experience, that with the Lords blessing, have gone back to France for a four year term with the mission of planting a Free Will Baptist Church in the Brittany region, which is home to nearly 3 million wit less than 1% Evangelical Christians and churches.

Free Will Baptist Family Ministries

The Bucyrus Free Will Baptist Church has been a proud financial supporter of the Free Will Baptist Family Ministries for over a decade. Free Will Baptist Family Ministries, based in Greeneville, Tennessee, has been caring for hurting children and families since 1939. What began as an orphanage has expanded into a multifaceted and diverse ministry. The purpose at that time was to furnish a place of care and refuge for children whose parents were deceased. Since that time, Free Will Baptist Family Ministries has evolved into a comprehensive social service agency which provides a full array of services to meet the needs of at risk children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Family Ministries offers residential services in Tennessee, Arkansas and Virginia. In addition to long-term and short-term residential care, Family Ministries also provides an assessment center, a licensed on-campus school, conference center and youth camp, foster care and adoption, a crisis pregnancy center, and a retirement/assisted living facility.

The overall goal of Family Ministries is to provide a strong support system which will enable the children, adolescents, and adults they serve to become productive and healthy members of the community. Family Ministries� mission is to serve and share Christ in order to strengthen and preserve families and provide a loving, caring and secure environment in which to live, work, and grow in the Lord. Our vision is to be nationally recognized as a model of excellence in faith-based family, adult, adolescent and child care services which strengthen and preserve the family and provide dignity to those we serve.
